Founding Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

By enrolling, you agree to the following membership terms:

Unlimited Memberships (Tiers 1–3):

  • Tier 1: $159/month

  • Tier 2: $169/month

  • Tier 3: $179/month

  • All tiers include:

    • Lifetime price lock

    • Exclusive Founders Day invite — members do not automatically have access to future events

    • Access to classes and studio events as outlined per tier

Booking Windows:

  • Tier 1: 4-week advance booking window

  • Tier 2: 3-week advance booking window

  • Tier 3 & 8-Class Monthly: Standard 2-week advance booking window

8-Class Monthly Membership:

  • $149/month

  • Grants 8 class visits per calendar month

  • Unused classes do not roll over

2. Payment Terms

  • Memberships are billed monthly. The billing cycle starts the day after the Grand Opening, although payment is captured on the day founding memberships release.

  • Payment is automatic via the credit/debit card provided at signup.

  • No pausing or freezing of memberships is allowed.

  • Cancellations: A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused classes

3. Tier Availability & Changes

  • Membership tiers are limited and sold first-come, first-served.

  • Pricing and benefits are locked for life for founding members.

  • The company reserves the right to modify membership offerings, tiers, or perks for future members only.

4. Member Conduct & Studio Policies 

Members are expected to follow all studio policies and behave respectfully.

  • Class Usage Limit: Unlimited membership allows 1 class per day per member. Booking or attending multiple classes in a single day is not permitted.

  • Late Policy: Members must be ready in the studio room at the start time of their class. Arriving late may result in being locked out of the class to respect other members’ experience.

  • Recording Policy: Recording workouts is only permitted from the back row, and members must ensure that no other members are included in the recording.

  • No-shows, disruptive behavior, or misuse of membership may result in suspension or termination.

  • The company is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, except as required by law.

  • Security & Safety: Security cameras are in operation in the reception area and studio rooms for the safety of members and staff. Recordings are used for security purposes only and are not monitored live except when necessary. By enrolling, members consent to the presence of cameras in these areas.

5. Termination / Suspension

  • Memberships may be suspended or terminated at the company’s discretion for:

    • Non-payment

    • Violation of studio policies

    • Inappropriate conduct

  • Terminated memberships will not be refunded.

6. Privacy & Data

  • Members consent to receive emails and SMS regarding classes, events, and membership updates.

  • Personal data is stored securely and will not be shared outside the company, except as required by law.

  • By enrolling, members consent to photography or video during classes/events for promotional purposes.

7. Force Majeure

  • The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

8. Pilates Studio Cancellation Policy:

  • Please cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours of your scheduled class) will incur a $15 fee.

  • Monthly package clients who cancel late will also lose the class credit for that session.

  • No-shows will incur a $25 fee and result in the loss of the class credit for monthly package clients.
